Our mission is to develop communication goals and strategies for branding issues, communication and marketing, in collaboration with the university management and faculty leadership.
We coordinate activities, develop and offer channels for communication and offer support and counselling in communication matters. We also carry out a variety of university-wide communication activities.
Our activities are divided into three core areas, each with a person responsible for that area who coordinates day-to-day activities.
Organisational Communication is responsible for such matters as internal communication, news, emergency and crisis communication, magazines, contact with the press, general presentation material about the University, the website, visual identity, and images.
Student recruitment is responsible for such matters as course catalogues, central web pages for prospective students, academic fairs, the information day and secondary school visits.
Internal and External Relations is responsible for such matters as external and internal events and ceremonies such as annual commencements, Walpurgis Eve on Campus, welcome fairs, Culture on Campus, Stora Nolia trade fair; guest relations – guided tours and visits, as well as contact with alumni.
Apart from these areas, we also work with communication of research, contact with the press and marketing campaigns.
